What kind of shipping methods are available?
The Amazing Giraffe ships USPS. Depending on the order, The Amazing Giraffe decides which method is best, quickest and most cost effective for your order.
How much does it cost to ship a purchase?
Since The Amazing Giraffe decides the shipping method used, The Amazing Giraffe charges you one flat rate of nothing for your entire order. International restrictions apply.
Do I get charged extra shipping fees when I purchase more than one product?
No, you do not get charged extra for more than one item. The shipping rate is still nothing no matter how many or few items you order.
How fast will I get my order?
I don't know. It usually takes a few business days to process, package and ship your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email. The closer you live to NYC, the quicker your order will arrive.

What kinds of t-shirts are the designs printed on?
All The Amazing Giraffe designs are printed on either 100% cotton or a Polyester/Cotton blend.
What printing process is used to print shirts?
All t-shirts are individually hand-screen printed or heat pressed. The Amazing Giraffe uses professional grade permanent water-based inks to ensure long lasting colors and great quality shirts.
What size t-shirts are available?
T-shirts come in Baby, Toddler, Youth, and Adult sizes.
Baby Sizes in 6-12 Month.
Toddler sizes in size 2, 4, and 6.
Youth sizes in size 8, 10, and 12.
Adult sizes in small, medium, large, XL, and 2XL.

Are the shirts machine wash safe? What are the care instructions?
All shirts are machine wash safe: preferably inside out with cold water on a light spin cycle. Wash shirts with like colors. Use color safe detergents only and no bleach. Air drying is the best way to keep shirts looking and feeling their best. If you put them in the dryer, they will shrink. Shirts that are treated with care last many many years.
Follow label instructions. Be kind to them.
